Nutrition & Wellness Consultations
Our Nutrition and Wellness Consultant offers one-on-one consultations tailored to your individual needs and questions. We can give you the information and direction you need to achieve a healthy, well-balanced lifestyle. 

Specific topics covered include balancing diets; eating disorders; healthy weight loss; sports nutrition' meal planning; making healthy food choices; incorporating a well-balanced diet into a busy lifestyle; how to have a more active lifestyle; disease-related diets; sleep recommendations; balancing diet and physical activity; information on specific nutrients, food, and diets; and other nutrition and wellness topics.

As long as you are a BYU student, you are welcome to meet with the Consultant as many times as you would like. You are also welcome to invite a friend or spouse to join you. Use the link below to schedule an appointment, or email wsr-wellness@byu.edu.

Workshops
WSR also provides monthly Nutrition and Wellness workshops. We offer practical information and tips on popular topics such as meal planning on a budget, physical activity, improving your nutritional habits, and healthy weight loss.
