Yoga Classes



Yoga is a great way to relieve stress and improve fitness!

Women's Services' free yoga classes are back! We are excited to welcome our new yoga instrucutor, Chelsey Rencher. 

Yoga is held every Saturday from 9:30-10:30 am. The location is posted on Facebook every Friday and is sent out in our newsletter every Monday. Everyone is invited, so come stretch out the stress with us!
