Courtney was raised in Portland, Oregon and now lives in Springville with her husband. She found a love for meeting new people and learning about them while serving a mission at the Winter Quarters historical site. Courtney graduated from BYU with a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.
In her free time, Courtney enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, reading, trying new recipes, and going on drives with her husband in search of the perfect sunset view.
