Perfection Pending

Perfectionism is an obstacle everyone has to face from time to time, especially BYU students. Balancing school, work and personal lives is hard enough without one feeling they could be doing better. Students may, "because of their shortcomings, allow feelings of depression to rob them of happiness in life." (Nelson, 1995) Students strive to do their best, but everyone has their limits and there are times when efforts become taxing and even unhealthy.

At this event, held every January, students will learn tips on how to deal with unhealthy perfectionism. Students will learn they're not alone and the pressure they feel to be perfect is a burden many deal with.
